    Requires a subscription

    Opened the box, liked the looks, put it on the charger, and downloaded the app. First it recommends a subscription but has a free version so cool. It is riddled with ads. I had to watch two just to get to the place to set the time then I had to watch a third. As soon as it started, I backed out, deleted the app, opened Amazon and started the return. Do not recommend this watch at all.

    Sleep tracking may not work properly, but fabulous tracking watch otherwise

    I love this watch, but not matter what I do or what app I check, it only tracks my sleep from 100:00pm on, even if I go to bed at 8:30

    The best thing I love about this watch is its light weight and you can turn off the turn wrist option (you have to push the side button to see the screen) LOVE LOVE LOVE this watch plus it hooks to you phone and does health stuff too (I dont know accurate it is but still cool) I do wish they would upgrade it so you you upload your own screen background like basic colors or even you own picture THAT WOULD BE COOL AS HELL!!!!! but even with the low options of backgrounds I’m still very happy with my purchase**** also if your the type of person who has high energy and can’t wear regular watches because you wear down batteries super fast like me, this is it for you I have to charge my watch once a week which I think is great

    Pin is falling out

    The pins that attach the band to the watch face were not put in properly and keep falling out. I tried using the pin tool that was provided but the watch fave is too big for the tool and so I can’t get the band in the tool to push the pin in. I’ve tried pushing it in myself with various things but can’t get it to go in all the way. This is very disappointing because otherwise this is a fantastic watch. I have no other issues with it.Editing my review from 3 stars to 4. I messaged the company about the pin issue and they responded quickly informing me of what I can do to fix my problem and assured me that they looked into the problem in their factory and are making the necessary changes to fix the issues on their end.
