    I use this every morning!

    I use this milk frother every morning, and I absolutely love it! I especially enjoy using it to froth my instant coffee—it makes my morning coffee taste and feel so much better.     It’s very easy to use

    I absolutely love this milk frother! It’s easy to use, works quickly, and creates a nice, creamy foam for my coffee. It makes my homemade lattes and cappuccinos feel like they come from a coffee shop. The quality is great, and it’s easy to clean and store.     A Frother that Won’t Turn Off? Great Service. Lost Package. Great Hot Chocolate. Worth It!

    I saw this item (or one similar) on an Alton Brown short video. He recommended a frother and I thought “what the heck? If AB recommends a uni-tasker, it must be something good.”The item came in, loaded with batteries and all. I removed the plastic tab that interrupts the power and the unit kicked on. I wasn’t pressing anything. It just started and would not stop.To return the item is not worth the time or money, especially since none of the “free return” options are anywhere close to me.Called the company and told them what had happened. I spoke with a very nice woman and after I described what happened, her response was not faux sympathy, but “that shouldn’t have happened. We’ll make it right.”She offered not only to replace the unit, but send a second one free of charge. When I declined the second one, she said “take it for your troubles. Give it to a friend if you want.”The order was sent out. Tracking via USPS was sent.The package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, which was great as we were supposed to get cold temps and snow. I was anticipating making frothy hot chocolate.Suddenly the tracking showed the package being delivered. It was not. You cannot ask the USPS to find a package for 7 days and my local post office doesn’t answer the phone.Disappointed, I started to make dinner and looked out the window and I could see my postal carrier’s truck a block away.I waddled over to the truck and talked to her. She said “I know where it is.”She had delivered it 3 blocks away. Same house number, but different street.She went and found the package, brought it to me and Bob’s your uncle.That night I made hot chocolate and used the frother.I was surprised that the long shaft did not vibrate or waiver. It stays true. The speed is fast, but not overly so.The thing made a difference. It seemed to make the hot chocolate “lighter” and smoother. I threw a piece of chocolate in the mug, waited a little and then frothed again using the frother.No issues with the frother.I now had frothy, really chocolate-ly hot chocolate. For kicks and on the advice of a friend, I added a tablespoon of peppermint schnapps and used the frother again.Best hot chocolate from a mix I ever had.The frother worked better than advertised.Woo Hoo!!Because the first one didn’t work, I have to knock a star off of the rating for the product. But the customer service and actual accountability of the women with whom I spoke is refreshing in the world of product support and customer service.The item is really good and would recommend whole heartedly.

    Great product!

    Absolutely worth getting this product!I am a chia tea drinker and purchased lavender powder to mix in. Nothing would mix it….until I tried this product! It works amazing, is quiet, and so easy to use! Just allow some room when using it or it does overflow. Very happy I purchased it!

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Oh my gosh if I could give this thing 10 stars I would. This thing is so cool once I experimented with it and now I will be using it for like literally everything in the kitchen. I made the most amazing mocha after frothing microwaved milk with it and it came out so beautiful and professional. I felt like a professional barista, and will be creating a Starbucks in my kitchen. Cleaning is so easy too, I just put it in a cup with hot water and soap, and it made it all fun and bubbly, so even cleaning is very enjoyable. I also love how fast it works. Will be making fluffy eggs too, highly recommend this product for anyone who likes to feel like a pro in the kitchen.Update…It broke…I kinda got the inside part a little wet accidentally, and the product stopped working. It was still an amazing purchase, just don’t get the top wet…

    Hands Down Outstanding Customer Support!!!

    I bought my Zulay Milk Frother in 2021 and have had it for almost 6 years until it finally stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I went to their website and sent a message to customer support, hoping to get my frother back up and running. I received an email message from customer support that same day with troubleshooting instructions to try, but none worked.I messaged customer support back, letting them know that I followed their troubleshooting instructions to no avail, and asked what my next options were. At this point, I was expecting some disappointing news, knowing it’s been over 5 years since I purchased my Zulay Milk Frother. Still, I received a message from customer support (Federico) giving me a few warranty options. I was given the option to get the same milk frother and pay only for shipping, or to get the new upgraded Rechargeable LUX frother, with the cost of my old frother deducted from the full price of the new upgraded LUX Frother.I was honestly shocked and very appreciative of their customer service’s professionalism, quick response, and willingness to go the extra mile to help their customers. Zulay Kitchen definitely stands by its products and has the best interests of its customers at heart.

    Great Customer Service Experience

    These guys get a 5-star just on customer service alone! But I do have to knock off a star, just for the fact that I had to go through the experience anyway. I know of many others that have had bad experiences with customer service after their units not working, but my experience was the opposite. I reached out to them after my unit stopped working (roughly a week of light use), and they asked for a couple of pictures, address, and immediately sent out a replacement. It’s been a couple of months now of me using the replacement, so far so good.
